Livability UK
Training is going well. While I haven't officially begun my training plan as such (it is a twelve week plan and I will be sticking to it like glue from around June / July), I have started some longer runs on the weekends. Running with friends, I have reached 17.5km which is the furthest I've run since my half-marathon in October 2019. What motivates me the most is the sponsorship I have been receiving so far and today I wanted to write a bit about my fundraising and Livability UK. I am running the London Marathon in support of Livability UK, a charity which helps people living with disability to access the life they want to lead. I've seen relatives living with disability for as long as I can remember and working in an inclusive school means that I see how important inclusion is on a day to day basis so I am thrilled to be running for such a worthy cause.
